Pre Booking is advised to secure a booking and can be done via our online booking system
•No booking will be accepted or confirmed until all sections of the booking form have been completed, and the terms and conditions agreed to.
•The person by whom the hire form is signed shall be deemed to be the Hirer and will be responsible for payment of all fees payable in respect of the hire. The Hirer must be 18 years of age or over.
•The Hirer will be responsible for all players using the pitch and will be liable to pay for any damage to the playing surface. Continued abuse of this condition will result in the hirer’s booking(s) being cancelled.
•Children under the age of 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
•All users should stay in the booked area only, this applies at all times, and to all persons connected to the booking.
•No smoking or chewing gum is permitted in or around the premises.
•No glass containers are to be taken into any Astro pitch
•Do not consume food or liquids other than water in or around the exercise area.
•No littering – ensure that all rubbish is correctly disposed of in the bins provided.

•A responsible person over the age of 16 years must accompany any child under the age of 10 years.

•Payment for court use must be made at Reception prior to use.

Child Admission Policy
Sports clubs and associations and members of the public use Shoreline Sports Park facilities. Each area of the Park differs slightly with aspects of admission. The clubs and associations that use our facilities may have their own specific admissions policy. No child is refused admission due to their sporting ability, ethnicity, religious beliefs or gender.
