FIT4LIFE
Our FIT4LIFE running programme was developed to encourage people to take up running or to come back into the sport. It is suitable for ages, fitness levels and abilities and all participants complete the session at a pace that is suitable for their fitness level .Fit4Life’s aim is to bring people together to train with others of similar abilities in a fun and sociable environment.

Beginner2Winner
Beginner2Winner is a programme set up for absolute beginners with little or no fitness levels who are looking to get fitter and healthier. In our classes you will work with a group of like-minded individuals to help you develop healthy habits, increase fitness and improve confidence, beginning at a basic level and progressing gradually over the weeks. We’ll take you through a range of sessions to improve your fitness from walking to running over the week.

ACTIVE 55
This programme is for the older adult. its main focus is on core movements that will help improve mobility, flexibility, muscular strength and aerobic fitness. Build lasting strength and feel better in your body with moves that can be customized to fit your needs. Some seniors think they’re too old to exercise, but it’s never too late to start and as we’ve shown, taking up exercise at any age can have lots of great benefits.

BODYBLAST
Get your heart pumping and your whole body moving with Body Blast, a fun, full-body workout set to music. Combining strength, HIIT, and cardio, this class is suitable for all fitness levels and is designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle, and leave you feeling energized. Join us for a challenging, results-driven session that’s always supportive and fun!

BUGGY BUDDIES
Get back into exercise with Buggy Buddies, a fun programme where parents can bring their little ones along. Classes combine walking, light aerobics, and gentle toning to strengthen core muscles, improve posture, and burn fat, while giving you the chance to meet other new parents and build a supportive community.
